Responsible for supervising the unit operation during the assigned shift, monitor work completion for all Associates. Responsible of greeting guests, selling and up selling items, ringing up sales as needed, taking care of voids, and discounts, cashing out cashiers at the end of their shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
-Responsible for the store operations during the assigned shift.
-Monitors Associates to ensure that tasks and work are being completed.
-Supervises the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant and equipment during the shift to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
-Provides excellent guest service, drive store sales.
-Ensures guest needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
-Ensures all products and displays are stocked. Responsible to report to management any inventory needs
-Rings up sales and processes voids immediately when notified by cashier
-Assists management in inventory days
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

Excellent Oral, Written, and reading communication skills. English language is a must. Interpersonal Skills Guest Service oriented Interpersonal Skills, outgoing, enthusiastic, dynamic. Must know how to use a calculator Must have strong cash handling experience, experience working with cash registers Must be able to stand long periods of time Must be able to stoop, bend, sit and stand. Must be able to lift boxes of up to 50 lbs Must be able to work any day, any time, including holidays and weekends Must be able to work with diverse population of Associates Must be a team player

-High School Diploma
-2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, fast food restaurants preferred, and experience supervising at least 5-10 associates.
-Serve Safe Certification is required
-CPR Certification is a plus
