Business Unit: Surface - US [EWHP]
Work Schedule: Normal (M - S)
Location: Minot, ND

Education requirements• High school diploma or GED

Experience requirements• Minimum one to two years demonstrated knowledge in Flow Testing Operations

Qualifications• Ability to follow directions and routines
• Able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Self-Starter
• Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) typically a 28 day on and 14 day off schedule
• Able to adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions

Responsibilities• Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
• Personal safety
• Support supervisor and crew with rig up, daily work activities and rig down
• Listen and follow directions given by mentor or direct supervisor
• Show initiative to learn basic flow testing service’s fundamentals
• Complete LMS trainings pertaining to Operator I
• Incident reporting, safety issues and participation in STOP work authority
• Participate in JSA process, safety meetings and behavior based safety initiative
• Track worked time in SAP by meeting reporting requirements and submitting by deadline
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
• Demonstrate knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
• Demonstrate proper use of hand tools
• Identify and report defective equipment
• Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids
• Read gauges, monitor tank levels and flow rates in written and digital format
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
