To establish the responsibilities and activities of the Manufacturing Assembler position for LINAK U.S. Inc. Assembling products that meet or exceed our customer expectations in a safe and effective manner
Reports to: Production Team Lead

Experience requirementsThe Manufacturer Assembler I will work in support of and under the direction of the assigned Team Leader and must be capable of performing in a responsible and efficient manner the techniques and tasks that are assigned.
High School Diploma/GED.
A minimum of 6 months of Assembly experience is preferred.
Goal oriented with high degree of enthusiasm.

ResponsibilitiesThe following are the main responsibilities, but not limited to, for the Manufacturing Assembler.

Scope
Assembling products that meet or exceed our customer expectations in a safe and effective manner
Reports to: Production Team Lead

SkillsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience is a plus.
High efficiency, productivity, and flexibility are necessary.
Must be able to perform job rotations / cross training.
Perform physical demands of all jobs on the line.
