Financial Representative Position
At MassMutual Colorado, we take a coordinated approach to advising our clients on wealth management plans utilizing knowledge of financial strategies (personal financials such as investments, insurance, financial planning, estate planning, business continuation strategies, etc).

Payment: Commission structured with MassMutual benefits package.
MassMutual has set up a unique commission structure for advisors coming on board with us. It is designed to help out our new advisors in their early years who are just starting their business.

-Meet with clients in person to discuss their financial goals
-Build and maintain client relationships
-Explain the types of services can provide
-Educate clients about potential options and risks, if any
-Help clients plan for specific circumstances; education, retirement, etc.
-Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives
-Monitor clients’ accounts and determine if changes are needed to made
-Implement financial planning recommendations, or refer clients to someone who can assist them with plan implementation
-Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates
Education and Experience:
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
-Knowledge of Outlook
-Licensing is a plus! (Life and Health, Series 6 or 7, 63, 65, 66)
