Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory
• Must recruit, train and retain a sales team
• Motivates and directs a sales team and provides strong leadership toward achieving maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
• Establishes and strategically builds a solid customer base in the assigned area and contributes to the development and training
• Ability to implement company programs and training to increase growth potential of the Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) in the field
• Possess a strong ability to lead a team of 10-20 representatives in the field
• Strong customer service and problem solving ability
• Strategic in meeting set goals and deadlines
• Proactive in developing plans and strategies to ensure profit of company goals
• Ability to motivate and retain highly paid OSR’s
• Develops plans of action and seeks out new areas of profitability
• Evaluate the OSR’s overall field performance
• Ability to convey effective cold calling techniques each day
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Precise record keeping of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by OSR’s
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Ensures that all Sales Representatives meet or exceed their goals of calls and appointments for executing and closing deals
• Motivates OSR’s on being positive, goal oriented, committed and organized to meet potential selling goals
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be able to travel
• Required to complete 90 day probationary period as an OSR with Jasper Contractors prior to promotion to the Regional Sales Manager Position
