Upon hire: Two weeks of paid vacation accrued per year (accrual begins immediately), and 6 days of paid sick leave.

Duties will include:


Understand and comply with all EcoStim safety rules, policies, processes and procedures.

Assist with sample collection of customer fluids and initial testing prior to job. Evaluate test results to determine proper fluids use for job. Conduct on-location job QC testing.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure proper proppant and chemicals are ordered for job.

Prior to job, review proppant and chemicals at the wellsite and all QA/QC testing results.

Supervise Fluid Technician on location to ensure proper blending of fluids.

During the job, assist Service Supervisors with issues relating to product application.

Interface with customers in relation to products, procedures, and equipment.

Monitor the well, fluid system and proppant during a fracturing treatment. Keep track of inventory on chemicals and proppant on the wellsite to keep the site operational.

Send remote data transmission each stage and upload stages reports as required.

Generate and review invoices, post job reports, and chemical disclosures.

Offer technical recommendations to customer and supervisors when well issues arise.

Meet with customers for post-job reviews and analysis.

When requested, assist in the design of job models based upon available geological data, applicable scientific and engineering principals, and other operational parameters.

May assist sales personnel in presentation of technical matters to customers.

May assist in writing and reviewing job procedures and or recommendations.

Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
