At Terumo BCT, we have a dedicated and highly respected industry leader with more than 30 years of experience within the medical device and healthcare industries, who is looking for an exceptional EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to support him in leading the strategic direction and continued growth of Terumo BCT, a company with revenues approaching $1 billion.

As the largest medical device manufacturing company, headquartered in Colorado, we serve customers in 120 countries with more than 5,200 associates around the world.
As a successful candidate:
YOU will have an articulate, highly professional demeanor, be extremely flexible, resourceful, calm under pressure and thrive in a demanding but supportive global environment. YOU are likely to have a bachelor's degree and a passion to learn with an excellent track record of working with global senior management team members and C-Suite level executives, ideally both inside and outside of the company for at least 10 years.
YOU will be an effective communicator with a strong sense of personal responsibility and urgency. YOU will be highly energetic, positive-minded and enjoy simultaneously managing multiple assignments and tasks with meticulous detail. YOUR planning skills, focus, composure, ability to work independently while anticipating the needs of the CEO, are paramount.
Ideally, YOU will have global experience with the etiquette and international social graces that come with the territory and will enjoy heavy calendar management in that global (multiple time zones and languages) environment. Complex travel planning is a day-to-day duty. YOU will also have exceptional technology skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint, Lync, mobile devices, etc.).

Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
