Participate as a crew member in well site and rig up/ rig down operations. This position will operate a company vehicle on a daily basis between the district and work site to deliver products, service tools, and equipment. This position will also operate designated equipment as assigned by the Service Supervisor.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Pumpco
Ability to verbally communicate and understand details and directions
Responsible for the safe operation of assigned equipment on all locations while under the supervision of the Service Supervisor or
other crew members.

Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location and assist during the rigging up and down of service lines and equipment at the well site.

Perform all Pre-job and Post-job maintenance duties and reports, as instructed by the Service Supervisor or other crew members.

Responsible for maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of the equipment

Complete all Pre/Post trip reports for all equipment, under the supervision of the Service Supervisor or other crew members

Properly maintain Driver DOT Logs
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Must be willing to obtain knowledge of pumping standards

Ability to learn to operate auxiliary equipment: stake bed, acid transport and sand truck

Ability to learn to operate different types of equipment and support well site activity

Ability to maintain condition of treating iron

Perform duties according to documented Standard Operating Practices and comply with all requirements and work place instructions.

Perform various other duties assigned by the Service Supervisor

Competency Requirements:

Experience is preferred but not required as a condition of employment

Able to pass H2S certification

Valid Class A, able to acquire HAZMAT

Reading comprehension and writing skills

The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Ability to gain the knowledge of and pass Crane Training and other Qualifications as Required

Must have an active telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call

Physical Job Demands:

Ability to work a “24 hour on call” rotational schedule is required

Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours and nights and weekends

Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when applicable

Required to travel to job sites for a week or more at a time in a designated area.

Must have efficient eye-hand coordination. Must have good depth perception, peripheral vision, ability to see and differentiate colors, and a minimum of average hearing

This job will require occasional bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, and reaching

Must be able to perform physical labor involving frequent lifting (over 50lbs.), carrying, bending, and shoveling
Job may include stand/walk 6 – 8 hrs., sitting 6 – 8 hrs., driving 1 – 4 hours
Work environment with chemicals, fumes/gasses, noxious odors, heights, noise, radiation, and exposure to weather conditions such
as cold, rain/dampness, heat/humidity, and wind
Repetitive motions of simple grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, finger dexterity, foot movement.
