The District Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations for 8-12 retail locations. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, talent management, coaching, training, & compliance. District Managers are ultimately accountable for meeting and/or exceeding budgeted targets to include but not limited to Revenue, Labor, Debt, Expenses and over all EBITDA along with ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.

Education requirements• Bachelors degree or above strongly desired
Experience requirements• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi unit Management
• Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
