Director - Receivables Management

The Receivables Director is responsible to oversee staff in the Louisville Regional office first party call center. Director will handle day to day operations of the department with the goal of meeting or exceeding client SLA's, delivering superior customer service and acheiving department's revenue goals. In addition, the Director will drive staff performance through careful use and analysis of industry standard KPI's in order to deliver on target revenue goals.

* Participate or lead client management conference calls and meetings
* Oversee and direct the daily activities of the Department
* Coordinate workforce management
* Develop and implement concepts and strategies that reduce costs and/or increase revenue
* Learn and become proficient with company IT systems
* Exceed assigned Revenue targets
* Manages fast paced and productive call center
* Manages inventories and reports daily/weekly to senior management
* Prepares and conducts staff training
* Conduct performance reviews
* Responsible to maintain and enhance workflows
* Assists with recruiting, interviewing and hiring
* Oversee insurance billing and follow-up process and procedures

Assist with other projects as assigned by management


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
* Must have at least 2-3 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience/Medical experience
* Call center management experience preferred
* Experience with dialer systems and terminology
* Working knowledge of computers, IT, and EDI processes
* Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
* Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities
