Now seeking a Director of Employment Program (Goodwill Works Program) in Fort Worth, TX.

8:00 A.M. thru 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday; occasional weekends

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Direct, manage, supervise and coordinate staff (13), and client outreach and relationship activities related to providing services to Goodwill Works Program participants and their families; to include creation of referral network system with internal and external partners and employers; maintaining current knowledge of local community services agencies, resources, and media; developing and nurturing community partnerships; organizing and conducting client job readiness workshops and job fairs; attending community events to increase awareness of program services provided. This is a highly visible position requiring direct assistance and coordination of services at all Job Resource Centers and/or Intake locations. Ability to train and motivate staff; ensure program goals in enrollment, assessment, and placement are met monthly. Strong program administration, documentation, and reporting skills are needed to ensure program compliance and outcomes.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Human or Social Services, Psychology, Rehabilitative Science or related field, with two (2) years of experience in management, staff supervision, and working with individuals in crisis and providing assistance and/or referral to services in a grant funded program; and directing/managing a team of professional staff. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written); MS apps., and attentive to details. Ability to work and motivate individuals with disabilities, disadvantages and employment barriers. Mobile, provide own transportation for travel to off-site locations. Bilingual a plus.
Valid State Driver’s License/ID, background check, and drug screen.
