Visionworks currently has an opening for a top notch individual to office in San Antonio, Texas for the position of Direct Marketing Manager This position plans, organizes, directs, and works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and recommend overall direct mail & email marketing and circulation strategy, keeping both short-term and long-term business objectives in mind.

Essential Responsibilities:
·Plan, organize and oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Direct Marketing Campaign development and optimization.
·Act as the project manager for CRM/Direct Marketing Campaigns.
·Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics.
·Develops customer acquisition programs and ensures these programs are within customer lifetime value goals
·Oversees marketing automation set up and optimization.
·Launch and Quality Assurance (QA) new email campaigns.
·Establish and implement email and direct mail best practices.
·Optimize campaigns with frequent multi-variant a/b testing of subject lines, click thru, time of send, and content
·Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and consistency with all communications to members.
·Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly email and direct mail KPI’s. Report on recommendations and summaries to leadership team.
·Stay current on industry best practices

Education:
·Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education

Experience & Background:
·Three (3) plus years of experience in digital, eCRM, CRM, and direct-marketing
·Intellectually curious, digital and business-savvy
·Experience in analytically focused CRM/email marketing role
·Strong understanding of CRM KPI’s, data, & analytics. Experience operating in Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
·Strong project management skills
·Microsoft dynamics/Click-dimensions experience
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Language Skills:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mathematical Skills:
·Strong mathematical skills including the ability to analyze large amounts of data

Reasoning Ability:
·Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
