With over 1800 tractors and 2100 trailers in our private fleet, our dedicated team of Diesel Fleet Technicians provides repair, maintenance, and preventative diagnostics for all of our tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and more.

• Pay: $19-$20/hour for new technicians
• Incentive pay $2.85/hr - 99% of techs make 100% of this incentive
• Guaranteed minimum of 40 hrs/week NO FLAT RATES
• $450/yr tool allowance
• $100/yr boot allowance

Education requirements• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Heavy Truck / Diesel Technology School OR applicable three years experience

Experience requirements• Certification OR minimum three years experience in air conditioning, air brakes, and refrigeration preferred

Qualifications• Valid, unrestricted, state-issued Operator's License (required)
• CDL Class A (Commercial Drivers License) preferred
• Ability to communicate in English (required) – writing, speaking, and reading
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 80 pounds

Responsibilities• End to end inspection & diagnostic analysis of equipment
• Establish maintenance and repair schedule to complete for each asset assigned
• Perform all maintenance, repairs, and preventative (warranty) maintenance to ensure each unit is ready to return to service
• Enter all documentation, parts inventory data, and other comments for tracking
• Assist other team members when needed
• Maintain roller carts and garage facility to ensure optimum functionality
• Occasionally you may be welding, depending upon the needs of the repair
• Ensure a safe, organized, and clean environment

Work hours• Sun- Thurs 10:30pm - 7am
