Convey Health Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in our location in Miramar, Florida.
Inbound calls. Assist beneficiaries with updating account information, enrollment, providing plan information and resolving issues with utilization of the plan.
Some previous customer service experience is preferred or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.
