CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Pay Rate: $10-$12/hour

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to answer general inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer concerns. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and customer service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: :
• Deal directly with customers by telephone
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from external and internal clients
• Provide excellent customer service to all callers and maintain adequate call times
• Input documentation on all calls accurately
• Handle and resolve customer concerns
• Perform customer verification
• Process orders, forms applications and requests for all customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• General accurate data entry
