Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc., is a fast paced manufacturing/modular construction company. We are seeking an engaged and enthusiastic professional team member for this phone-based position.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for qualifying the inbound calls, scheduling and following up on initial sales related activity and updating customer information into CRM.
• Qualifies all inbound calls and determines appropriate sales person for lead follow up.
• Enters customer information into CRM and updates accordingly.
• Schedules all sales related activity resulting from qualified leads.
• Makes confirmation phone calls to customers and sends follow up communications.
• Monitors and responds to inquiries on website chat.
• At least 2-3 years equivalent job experience in customer service, lead generation or other customer interface environment
• Job requires a professional, courteous and customer focused demeanor and attitude
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, organization, timeliness and responsiveness
