Piedmont Airlines is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines. We are currently hiring Customer Service Agents for our travel check in counter in Santa Rosa, CA.
Cross-trained Customer Service Agents assist passengers with check-in procedures, adjust and modify reservations, make announcements over airport intercom system, board and de-plane passengers, load and unload aircraft, service and clean aircraft, assist passengers with special needs, and work as team to provide a quality passenger experience. Other duties may apply.
