We are currently accepting applications and scheduling interviews for Customer Service Representatives to join our team supporting a credit monitoring service.

Position Summary
Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to provide support for customers with their credit protection and inquiry needs. When there is a gas station charge in Miami and they live in Montana, when the log in won’t work– that’s when they’re going to be calling you!

CSR's supporting the credit protection business line have the opportunity to boost their hourly earnings with various incentives that reward performance in quality customer service, making helpful product or service suggestions to customers, and overall employee contribution.

Hourly compensation is $10 with opportunity for bonus potential equivalent to an extra pay check per month!

Education requirements• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience requirements• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center / Customer Contact Center background
• 1 Year of Sales / Retention background Preferred

Responsibilities• Primarily assist with inbound retention of members by building value and helping callers to understand the importance of a Online Credit Monitoring Service
• Connects with customers to help resolve and find solutions to their questions or concerns with the goal of retaining the customer
• Notes all details of the caller’s information, issues, and steps taken to resolve the issue in the computer
• Strong empathy and de-escalation skills are needed
• Persuade customers to continue with credit monitoring services if they want to cancel out a membership with us.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
• Empathy
• Problem-solving ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong listening / comprehension skills
• Ability to stay composed and objective
• Conversational, patient and confident, with an understanding and positive attitude
• Bilingual language skills a plus but not required
