Customer Contact Center Representative

We are hiring for immediate starts!

We offer a Pay Range: $13.50 / hour
Plus up to $3.00 per hour bonus potential.

Multiple Full & Part Time schedules available.

We provide a 12% Shift differential which is available on selected days and shifts.

Our Dublin Contact Center provides front-line support for bank and biller clients and their customers who use our bill payment products and card services.

Essential Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries received via phone, email or claim and diagnosing, resolving and communicating resolutions under direct supervision.

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Services / banking experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
• Demonstrated ability to mulit-task with keyboarding and phone functions
• Good verbal and written communication
