Need PART TIME WORK with flexible hours? Our Intercruises team works in unison with cruise ship representatives, coordinating a dual branded operation to deliver a seamless journey between land and ship. We constantly look for open-minded professionals with the drive and passion to deliver our first class cruise services to clients worldwide.
Our South Florida team has seasonal PART TIME PIER STAFF positions available with flexible schedules of approximately 18-28 hours a week working on weekends and weekdays! We are looking for dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service at each guest interaction. Candidates will be responsible for greeting guests and completing their check in process by verifying guest’s passport data and/or international visas.
The job location is from either Port Everglades or Port Miami.
Salary: $9.50 / hour
Once this position is offered and in order to be able to work at the pier, the candidate should apply for a TWIC Badge. The Intercruises Team will assist you in getting this documentation.

Education requirements• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Qualifications• Must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors in potentially uncomfortable weather conditions, and comfortable working in crowded spaces.
• Well-groomed with a passion for providing high-level customer service, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Fluent in English language.
• Able to pass background check for government issued ID’s.
• Adhere to work schedule as committed to during the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time often entire shift (6-8 hours)
• Should have a strong sense of responsibility and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
Skills• Must be computer savvy, have great customer service skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication skills with guests, management, and fellow employees.
Work hours• Approximately 18-28 hours a week working on weekends and weekdays
