The Consumer Solutions Agent is part of the Consumer Solutions Team responsible for the front line of defense by being available to assist consumers who call or email Windham with a focus on “One Call Resolution”.
Additionally, this role is empowered to respond on the Company’s behalf responsive answers to the regulators, while clearly documenting findings and bringing issues to the Compliance Officer for appropriate action.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position is responsible for investigating and responding to calls and emails from consumers as well as formal complaints from the BBB, and Regulators. Litigation management experience is desirable as this position may also be responsible investigating and managing consumer litigation. This position requires strong critical and investigative and writing skills. Strong time management and the ability to multi task in a face paced environment.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
- Must have references to speak to investigation and writing skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. SharePoint experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college is a plus
A minimum of 1 year experience investigating and writing responses to complaints. 1 year collection industry experience. The applicant will be required to provide an example of investigation findings and a writing sample.
