As a Collections Specialist, you will contact card members that have fallen past due in making payments. A Collection Specialists primary goal will be to build relationships with card members, make right party contacts, and verify vital information while delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include collecting payments and negotiating payment arrangements. You will work with customers that have fallen past due in making payments to bring their account current. Collection Representatives must use professional and persuasive communication skills while interacting with credit reporting agencies, bank employees, attorneys and other sources used in the process of collecting delinquent accounts. Representatives will adhere to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as related state and federal laws. Candidates with a high level of drive and motivation may take advantage of our rewarding incentive structure.

• Must be able to accommodate schedule (the ideal candidate will have an open schedule and can be flexible based on business needs)
• Must have at least 4 + months of collections experience
