To actively support Dining Services operations to ensure compliance with the nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards. To support the development, training, and mentoring of employees with regard to meeting the nutritional needs of the residents. Responsible for completion of nutritional assessments, care plans, and nutrition education for the residents.
Requirements A) EDUCATION AND TRAINING: "Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
Advanced degree may be required."
B) LICENSING/REGISTRATION/ CERTIFICATION: "Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) as a Registered Dietitian.
Licensed as a Dietitian in Missouri"
C) EXPERIENCE: "Clinical experience in acute or long-term care facilities.
Previous management/supervisory experience preferred."
D) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: "Professional manner.
Ability to execute verbal and written communication effectively.
Conceptual thinking and problem solving.
