Assistant Service Manager is a high energy professional who not only leads by example, but is also a team player who supports the employees that work for them. An Assistant Service Manager takes on many different roles as they manage the day-to-day operations of one of our centers, including: communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, generating sales when needed and ensuring that all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
•Clerical duties, answering phones, preparing estimates
•Ordering parts and inventory
•Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
•Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product
•Managing technician workflow

•Minimum of 1-2 years of service experience OR someone with prior technical experience looking to grow in the industry
•Sales experience is a plus
•Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
•Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
•Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
•Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
•Must have valid driver's license
•Bilingual capabilities( English/Spanish) are a plus
