We currently have an opening for a top notch individual at our Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas for the position of Cash Management Associate. The Associate will maintain accountability and control of assigned company bank accounts, bank and credit card maintenance. Maintain logs, databases, and lockbox maintenance. Set up and maintain daily reports to be defined. Assists in researching/troubleshooting issues as they arise. Insure that available systems are utilized to their maximum potential.

1.Reconcile daily transactions using applicable reports, spreadsheets, online banking and established procedures.
2.Prepare journal entries on bank account activities.
3.Independently determine and prepare accrual and reclassify journal entries
4.Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts.
5.Initiate stop payments, wire transfer, ACH payments.
6.Work diligently to meet daily and month-end deadline.
7.Assist fellow Cash Management associates in all other functions assigned by Supervisor.

· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Experience & Background:
·One to three (3) years of related work experience
·Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
