SUMMARY

The Cash Management Associate will be responsible for several aspects of the cash management department including, but not limited to: identifying, researching, and closing open balances, executing AR functions related to cash management, handling disputes from credit card and finance companies, reporting, and providing support functions for the markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and research accounts with Unclear Deposits
Validate data integrity and information consistency in all systems
Perform Contractor Chargebacks in accordance with established procedures
Audit open orders and resolve with the markets
General audit functions
Respond to vendor claims and dispute processing
General reporting and database entries
Support market and other departments as necessary
Ongoing training and development
Perform other functions/duties as necessary or assigned
Research and resolve payment disputes

Knowledge and Skills Required:

High School Diploma/GED, with a minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting setting
An Associates Degree is preferred
Entry level computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Ability to create, manipulate, and utilize spreadsheets via Excel
A working knowledge of Siebel preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
A high degree of organization skills
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
