Compensation is based on experience and expertise between $20-$28 hour

We have a ton of referral business both residential and commercial.
We need help right away!

We are looking for people in construction in different capacities for at least ten years and own extensive set of professional tools. However, we may hire a Helper with about 5 years experience to assist existing staff.

If you are a military honorably discharged veteran, please apply no matter what due to the intense training you most likely received!

Required criminal background checks. If you do have negative info on your record, certain exceptions can be discussed if you are up front about it and it does not affect your job duties.

You don't have to know how to do everything, just mostly good general carpentry skills and the rest can be taught.

Willingness to learn, have a great attitude, make smart decisions on the job sites are traits that matter most.

Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs or more).

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to accurately estimate labor and materials to complete most Handyman projects.
Ability to interact with homeowners and commercial clients with a friendly demeanor.
Honesty and a trustworthy maintenance and repair client consultant
Do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it.
Follow the company system, be able to troubleshoot quickly while following necessary guidelines and building codes.
Create residential and commercial work estimates on job site for customer approval and signature.
Accurately keep track of all signed documents, change orders, receipts, hours worked, and before and after pictures.
