Bags, Inc. is looking for a VIP Agent, at its call center in Orlando Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent administrative skills, able to resolve multiple issues, and is available to work any shift (open 24/7).

*Enthusiastically answer customer inquiries and respond to emails
*High degree of multi-tasking
*Coordinate luggage deliveries with vendors and customers
*Take payments from customers via telephone
*Other related duties

Job Requirements
*At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced call-center environment.
*Available to work various shifts:
*Weekends required
*Accurate data entry/keyboard skills; 30 WPM preferred
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Must be able to obtain airport badge
