We are hiring for the following positions to include a HIRING BONUS of $750 to the RIGHT Candidate.

Now seeking a Business and Partnership Developer for the Goodwill Works Program in Weatherford, TX.

SALARY:
Dependent on Experience

WORK HOURS:
8:00am - 4:30pm
Monday through Friday

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Develop and nurture business and community resources partnerships to establish sectoral employment opportunities and successful referral system. Responsible for meeting monthly goals in development of business partnerships, client enrollments and job placements; maintain close collaboration with program team members in coordinating enrollments and job placements to ensure efficient provision of services and meeting expectations of business partners. Assist clients with job readiness and job search activities.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Business Administration, or Marketing with four years of experience in working with business and nonprofit organizations. Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members. Proficient in standard computer operation systems; MS Apps. Mobile, with reliable transportation to be able to travel throughout Tarrant, Parker and Denton Counties. BILINGUAL a plus.
