7fold Technologies is currently seeking a Branch Manager responsible for the direction and coordination of the branch operations.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various departments in the branch.
-Review financial statements and data.
-Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
-Prepare and control operational budgets.
-Monitor and control inventory.
-Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company
-Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
-Develop and implement strategies to meet established metrics.
-Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize revenue.
-Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
-Manage maintenance of office equipment and vehicles.
-Organize recruitment, training, and placement of required office staff, supervisors, and field technicians.
-Establish organizational structures.
-Manage supervisors by delegating tasks and accountabilities.
-Establish work schedules.
-Monitor and evaluate performance.
-Coordinate and monitor the assignment of client installations, service upgrades, and service calls to meet our client’s needs.
-Actively seek client availability to meet branch revenue goals.
-Monitor branch performance and implement improvements.
-Ensure quality of work performed.
-Establish and maintain an open line of communication between the branch and the client site manager/contract coordinator.
-Reply to all communication from the client in a timely manner.
-Meet with the client site manager/contract coordinator as needed to develop a working relationship.
-Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of branch support staff to facilitate communication between field technicians, supervisors, office administration, and client customers.
-Reply to all internal communications in a timely manner.
-Liaison with upper management.
-Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
-Implement and manage operational plans.
-Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
-Experienced in business administration/management or finance -required.
-Industry relevant management experience.
-Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management or education equivalent.
-Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
-Information technology skills.
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Planning and organizing
-Communication skills both verbal and written across organizational levels
-Influencing and leading
Related Experience : Cable, Dish or Directv, AT&T, Time Warner, Telecommunications, Field Supervisor , Management ,Supervisor, Leadership, Training,
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or its equivalent
-Minimum of five (5) years of relevant management level experience.
-Experience with and knowledge of co-employment circumstances preferred.
-Proficient in technical operations; cable, satellite operations management or related field preferred.
-Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
-Must have the ability to train others in the field.
-Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
-Must Past background and drug test
