• 10+ years of Quick Books experience preferred
• Willingness to complete all tasks as assigned with flexibility to switch assignments on a moments notice (Multitasking)
• Knowledge of accounting processes
• Experience with LLC renewals, formations, and dissolutions
• Highly organized and attentive to details
• Willingness to be available if needed on evenings or weekends (rare occasions).
• Experience in managing files and keeping records of various LLCs, Properties, and other permanent documents
