Autism Treatment Center is looking for highly trained and motivated BCBAs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting assessments including parent interviews and direct assessment with individuals as part of functional behavior assessment (FBA), ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP
•Develop treatment plans including goals and objectives and behavior intervention plans using research-based strategies and principles of applied behavior analysis
•Train staff on implementation of treatment and behavior plans, ensure fidelity in implementation and data-taking
•Provide ongoing supervision of staff and programs and provide parent training
• Provide direct instruction for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities off all ages (early childhood to adulthood) and ability levels, including one on one instruction and group social skills training for young adults/adults with ASD/DD
•Master's degree or higher
•Currently certified as BCBA
•3 or more years of supervisory/BCBA experience
•Experience and/or willingness to work with individuals with ASD/DD of all ages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
