Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

Responsible for resolving inbound customer service calls for various different markets with efficiency and excellence in customer service.

Qualifications:
Requires one year of customer service experience. Bilingual (Spanish). Must possess strong organizational skills, communication skills, and decision making skills. Prepared to work Mon-Fri 830am to 530pm and occasional Saturdays. Typing skills – 30 wpm. Average hours per week range from 38-40 hours.

Requirements/Education: High School Diploma or GED
