•Accurate data entry into HRIS system and excel spreadsheets.
•Prepare, mail, email or fax benefit/leave of absence information/packets as needed and upon request to associate.
•Perform all administrative functions necessary to support benefit programs and leaves of absence as assigned.
•Assist associates with all benefit and/or leaves of absence related inquiries and direct to business partners as appropriate.
•Perform all administrative functions necessary to support and assist with associate enrollment or qualifying event changes.
•Perform all administrative functions necessary to administer court ordered enrollments.
•Report company information as necessary to business partners and appropriate state agencies as required.
•Perform all administrative duties necessary to notify associates and doctors of dependent’s ineligibility status for benefit plans due to dependent exceeding maximum age limit. Provide other appropriate department member(s) with the identification of dependent(s) for which a COBRA event has occurred.
•Perform miscellaneous administrative duties – maintain files, copy and fax documents as required, and assist with department-wide projects as necessary.
•Other duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent
Experience & Background:
• One to three (3) years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to speak effectively with internal Associates or Customers of the organization.
·General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division.
· Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions.
·General problem solving abilities.
· Work under stress with interruptions and deadlines.
