We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Registrar. The Associate Registrar works under the direction of the Registrar to assist in the maintenance of the official student records in accordance with the college and accreditation standards. The Associate Registrar also assists with all processes and procedures involving student records and degree programs.

Responsibilities of the position include:
Meets with students who request a withdrawal from the university.
Facilitates the electronic functions to process a withdrawal and distributes paperwork and notifications to other departments.
Meets with students to discuss major changes.
Processes major changes and performs electronic functions to process major changes.
Assists with registration billing and posting of charges.
Audits student financial ledgers.
Audits and adjusts academic degree progress audits.
Generates initial student schedules and schedule changes.
Sends out withdrawal report weekly.
Sends out attendance drop report twice weekly.
Processes attendance revisions and reinstatements.
Enters transfer credit into database.
Performs unofficial transfer credit evaluations for the purpose of advising and scheduling.
Maintains procedure manual for Associate Registrar II functions.

Requirements of the position include:
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in related field.
Two years related work experience.
An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Detail – oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer and ability to produce computer generated reports.
Ability to read and interpret documents, ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
