Volunteers of America is in need of Assistant Store Managers. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of a medium thrift store (more than 500K annual sales). Duties include merchandising, sales, staffing, cash management and store maintenance. Direct or indirect supervision of all store employees (10 to 20 employees): Production Cashiers, Production Workers, Crew Leaders, and Maintenance staff.
