Explore St. Louis has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant within our Sales Department.

Education requirementsAssociate Degree or one to three year’s experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include; providing administrative and clerical support to the sales staff. Assisting with creating proposals, client presentations and the coordination of tradeshow functions.

SkillsMust be highly proficient in Microsoft office, specifically, word, excel and power point. Looking for a very detail oriented individual with a knowledge and appreciation of St. Louis and knowledge within the hospitality industry, convention or tourism business.
