We are currently seeking Account Representatives/Collectors to join our Lakeland, FL call center location! Our account representatives do collections for a large telecommunications company in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while continuing conversation with customer
