Owning the client experience for executive clients by ensuring client satisfaction, diagnosing client issues, being accountable for issue resolution, and providing proactive relationship management.
Manage practice onboarding process, account management, patient services, auditing, credentialing support, and provider & patient communications.
Assist with defining billing processes to be used by onshore and offshore teams
Education requirementsHigh school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience requirementsMinimum of two years' customer service experience.
Minimum of six months' experience in an associate service delivery manager role or one year of experience in outside account management or service delivery.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities Building strong personal relationship with key associates of executive clients.
Creating and executing account strategy to assure that we are aligned with partnership.
Achieving SLAs (service level agreements) with high level of client satisfaction, diagnosing client issues for full resolution with root cause analysis.
Providing knowledge and industry expertise to our key partners.
Reviewing working reports to proactively identify potential issues and participating in business reviews and regular face-to-face meetings in conjunction with service delivery or senior service delivery peer.
SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong affinity for customer service and dealing with people.
Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed and team environment as well as excellent problem solving, organizational skills and professionalism.
Ability to work and speak to (influence) all levels of leadership within client organizations, as well as TPS.
